Winter Nationals 2013 : With 335 motos and an awesome, super speedway of a track that measured out to be 1,250 feet long with 6 turns, the 2013 Winter Nationals put all of its participants to the test. As the first Pro Series race of the season, there were 24 Olympians in attendance and just as anticipated - they really put on a show! Here is an assortment of photos from Phoenix:

Super Nationals : The USA BMX World braved the crazy coldness of DeSoto weather and didn't let the freezing temps stop them from making this years' Super nationals the largest race ever at Metroplex. With 286 motos on Saturday, and some incredible Pro action - this 6th stop on the 2013 circuit heated things up in the points chase.

Gator Nationals 2013 : Under the typical warm and sunny skies of Florida, this years Gator Nationals saw another incredible track design with more elevation changes than a downhill course. As the 2nd round of the 2013 Pro Series (not to mention it being one of the few UCi races of the year), everyone witnessed some amazing high-speed, bar-bumpin' Elite action.

USA BMX Summit - LasVegas : In February 2013, USA BMX held it's 2nd Annual Bicycle Motocross Summit - encompassing two days of BMX education for current and future track operators and their volunteers and officials. Held at the SouthPoint Hotel & Casino, after non-stop seminars, the event ended with the poolside After-Party. Here are some shots from the red-carpet - starring our attendees, Elvis and an authentic 'Vegas showgirl.

Sooner Nationals - Tulsa : The second stop of the USA BMX 2013 National series returned to the hometown of The Grands; but was held in a different arean - the Ford Trucks Center (right next door to the QT Center). After 11 years in Gutherie, this was the first time ever that the Sooner Natls was held in Tulsa. With a great turnout and an even better track, the 2013 Sooner natls was full of non-stop excitement!

SilverDollar Nationals 2013 : As always, the 2013 USA BMX national circuit kicked off the new year in Reno, at the Reno-Sparks Livestock & Events Center. The track was a tad different, with an inside starting straight and a dog-legged rhythm section that curved to the right and had many riders drifting to the outside/left, enabling plenty of swoops and action in that corner. Racing was intense - and last year's Intense team showed up in Haro-Promax uniforms. The first race of the year in Reno is always good for it's new sponsorship premiers and freshly-turned Rookie pro debut's.
