2011 BMX Hall of Fame induction ceremony : Every year, the National BMX Hall of Fame inducts 4 BMX legends -- a Pioneer, a Racer, a Freestyler and an Industry icon. For 2011, those inductees were Schwinn legend Donny Atherton, The Jackal; John Purse, big-air King Mike Dominguez and longtime Mongoose & Giant employee Russ Okawa. Beginning in 2012, there will be a 5th category added -- exclusively for the Women of BMX.
