Wade Bootes Photo Shoot

For the first time, TREK Bicycles had entered the BMX scene - and chose an Aussie import named Wade Bootes as their AA-pro. It was a great move, as Bootes could do double-duty, racing mountain bikes as well as BMX. In two years time, he would subtract 7 from that #8 plate and become the first Australian to win a No.1 Pro title in the U.S..
